When Mike Fraser and I started Ask Ledo LLC, we told people the CRM was just phase one. That got polite nods and the occasional skeptical smile. Fair enough. Every startup says their first product is a stepping stone to something bigger.
So we built a proof of concept. And we pointed it at NASCAR.
Try MW vs Machine, our first live demonstration of what we call Ledo Anywhere. It takes the same AI intelligence layer that powers LeadMachine, our AI CRM for small business, and applies it to motorsport analytics. Ledo gathers driver stats, track history, weather conditions, and momentum data, then runs 10,000 simulations to predict a winner at any known racetrack on the planet.
It is not a CRM feature. That is the entire point.
Why a NASCAR Predictor Proves an AI CRM Thesis
This probably seems like a strange direction for a CRM company. A race prediction tool has nothing to do with lead management, sales pipelines, or customer data. That is exactly what makes it a compelling proof of concept.
The architecture behind Ledo was never designed to live inside a single product. From the beginning, we built Ledo’s intelligence layer to be decoupled from LeadMachine itself. The enrichment engine, the data gathering, the analysis framework, the conversational interface. All of it sits on its own. LeadMachine is the first application that plugs into it. MW vs Machine is the second.
If Ledo can research a prospect’s company size, revenue, tech stack, and social presence to enrich a CRM lead, it can also research a driver’s recent finishes, track-specific performance, and qualifying history. The underlying capability is the same: gather scattered data, analyze it intelligently, and surface a clear recommendation.
That is what we mean by Ledo Everywhere, which is phase two of our three-phase roadmap at Ask Ledo LLC.

How MW vs Machine Works
The application lives at mw-vs-machine.on-forge.com and runs on the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season. Here is what happens when you pick a race.
Ledo pulls current driver standings, recent results, and historical performance at the selected track. It layers in weather data, qualifying positions, and momentum indicators based on the last several races. Then it runs a Monte Carlo simulation, 10,000 iterations, weighting each factor to project finishing positions across the full field.
The output is a predicted winner with supporting data. Not a guess. Not a hunch. A simulation backed by real numbers.
The interface itself follows the same Calm Operator philosophy we built into LeadMachine. No cluttered dashboards. No walls of raw statistics. Ledo does the work, processes the noise, and presents a clear result. You ask a question. You get an answer.
What This Means for Phase Two
Phase two of our roadmap at Ask Ledo LLC is about making Ledo available as an embeddable AI layer for any platform. We call it Ledo Anywhere (or Ledo Everywhere, depending on which day you catch me). The vision is a full SDK with the Calm Operator philosophy baked into it.
Think about what that looks like in practice.
A digital agency building client sites on Webflow could embed Ledo’s lead intelligence directly into client dashboards. A sales coaching platform could integrate pipeline analysis into their training tools. A Shopify app developer could add AI-powered customer insights to their existing product without hiring an AI team.
And now we can point to a live, working example outside of CRM entirely. MW vs Machine is not a mockup or a slide deck. It is a real application using Ledo’s real intelligence layer in a domain that has nothing to do with sales. That is how you prove an architecture is portable.

The Calm Operator in a New Context
One of the things I am most proud of with MW vs Machine is that the Calm Operator philosophy translates so naturally outside of CRM.
In LeadMachine, Ledo’s Focus Mode surfaces the single most important action in your pipeline. It filters out the noise so you can focus on what moves revenue. In MW vs Machine, Ledo does the same thing. Hundreds of data points about dozens of drivers across years of race history get compressed into a single, clear prediction.
The principle is identical. The best AI does not dump information on you. It processes information for you and tells you what matters.
This is the philosophy we intend to carry into every application of Ledo, whether that is CRM, motorsport, logistics, or anything else a partner wants to build on top of our intelligence layer.
Where LeadMachine Stands Today
While phase two development is underway, LeadMachine continues to grow as an AI CRM serving small businesses across more than ten verticals. Ledo handles lead enrichment, pipeline management through conversation, meeting preparation, daily coaching, and agentic commands via chat and SMS. All for $58 per user per month, flat. Every feature included. No premium tiers. No AI usage caps.
If you are a small business owner or run a sales team of 1 to 25 people, LeadMachine was built for exactly your situation. Start a free 14-day trial at LeadMachine.fyi.
If you are a platform builder, agency, or developer interested in what Ledo Anywhere could look like embedded in your product, I want to hear from you. Reach out through the Ask Ledo contact form or email me directly at jay@leadmachine.fyi.
And if you just want to see Ledo pick a NASCAR winner, go try MW vs Machine. It is free, it is live, and it is a glimpse at where this is all headed.
The AI CRM was phase one. This is phase two starting to take shape.

Frequently Asked Questions
Ledo Anywhere is the phase two expansion of Ask Ledo LLC's roadmap. It takes the AI intelligence layer behind LeadMachine, our AI CRM, and makes it available as an embeddable SDK for any platform. The first proof of concept is MW vs Machine, a NASCAR race prediction tool that demonstrates Ledo's capabilities outside of CRM.
MW vs Machine is a NASCAR race prediction application powered by Ledo AI. It gathers driver statistics, track history, weather data, and momentum indicators, then runs 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations to predict race outcomes. You can try it free at https://mw-vs-machine.on-forge.com.
The underlying architecture is the same. Ledo's intelligence layer gathers scattered data from multiple sources, analyzes it, and surfaces clear recommendations. In LeadMachine, that means enriching leads and coaching sales teams. In MW vs Machine, that means analyzing race data and predicting winners. The proof of concept shows that Ledo's AI is portable across domains.
Calm Operator is Ask Ledo LLC's design philosophy. It means building AI that processes information for you instead of dumping it on you. In LeadMachine, this shows up as Focus Mode, smart daily briefings, and an AI that only speaks when it has something worth saying. In MW vs Machine, it shows up as a clean prediction drawn from thousands of simulations, not a wall of raw statistics.
